My girls have always been dancing, twirling, and flitting around the house. I was not a dress wearing kid growing up, so I had no idea that a dress could be better for twirling. It wasn’t until someone introduced me to Alice and Ames that I sat stunned at the amazing twirl of her little girl’s skirt. We LOVE anything by Alice and Ames. Our favorites are the ballet dress for it’s classic cut, comfort and amazing twirl. I love how they are modest, feminine, (photograph beautifully) all while allowing my girls to run, jump, swing, PLAY!

Runner up for the Favorite Dress for Girls who Love Twirling – Remie Girl
Remie Girl is another small company that has several dress styles that fit nicely, twirling beautifully and photograph well. A bonus is that several styles have pockets for those little hands or little treasures.

A Few More Favorites – Primary and Hanna Anderson
Primary is one of my favorite places to find clothes for all of my kids. A company that started with a few basic solid colors has grown their selection tremendously, including plenty of twirling dress options.
