A Long Awaited Newborn Baby Boy
I first met this family last summer for their maternity session. Everything about their session made my heart sing. The light was AMAZING, and even more, you could just feel the excitement and love radiating from this couple. I knew from the first click of my shutter that these were my people. Even after our time together, we spent another half hour or so just chatting in the parking lot. I could not wait to photographer their baby boy.
Once I heard the wonderful news, their little guy was here, we finalized a date for their in-home newborn session. It was wonderful to see them again, and meet their beautiful little boy. (It’s a good thing I was expecting at the time, because he sure left me wanting another baby!).
The morning was spent chatting and photographing them around their home. It was everything my newborn sessions are about – laid back, at baby’s pace, and about capturing their love for this new baby. Towards the end of the session, their fur babies (two sweet puppy dogs) came in to snuggle for a few photos.
Again, a big congratulations to this beautiful family for their long awaited baby boy. I am so honored I was able to photograph him.
