A Long Awaited Newborn Baby Boy
I first met this family last summer for their maternity session. Everything about their session made my heart sing. The light was AMAZING, and even more, you could feel the excitement and love radiating from this couple. I knew from the first click of my shutter that these were my people. Even after our scheduled time had ended, we spent another half hour chatting in the parking lot. I could not wait for baby boy’s newborn photography session.
The Time Has Arrived
Finally the time came. The wonderful news that their little guy was here! We got in touch and finalized a date for their baby boy’s newborn photography session. It was wonderful to see them again and meet their beautiful little boy. It’s a good thing I was expecting at the time, because he sure left me wanting another baby!
We spent the morning chatting and photographing them around their home. It was everything my newborn sessions are about – laid back, at baby’s pace, and about capturing their love for this new baby. Before the end of the session, their fur babies (two sweet puppy dogs) came in to snuggle for a few photos, too. It is important for my clients to see their family represented authentically, snugged up at home, new baby surrounded by their new big world…animals included!
A big congratulations to this beautiful family for their long awaited baby boy. I am so honored I was able to be a part of this special moment! Thankful to be trusted with their newborn photography session.
