Hi, I'm Neyssa

After another rainy summer day in Seattle, I decided to spend some time experimenting in the kitchen. I must say that Derek’s favorite thing on the planet is peanut butter. He would eat it by the spoonful if I let him. So when I saw a Peanut Butter Hi-hat recipe on a fellow bloggers site, Fredellicious, I knew I had to try making a vegan version of it. For the chocolate cake portion we used the recipe found on the Post Punk Kitchen Blog. Then we used ricemallow creme to replace the marshmallow creme in the peanut butter fluff.
I would have to say that these are the best chocolate and peanut butter cupcakes I have ever tasted.
