Who doesn’t love chocolate? For Derek and I, cupcakes are the perfect dessert. They are single serving, yet don’t leave you feeling unsatisfied. This past weekend we made some Double Chocolate Cupcakes, and I decided to take a few pictures to show you that Vegan cupcakes look just as good, if not better, than regular ones! This recipe features bourbon, cocoa powder and melted chocolate in the batter, and a rich chocolate frosting to top off this perfect little treat! Shooting the cupcakes was fun, except hard to not eat them right away! Brianna, a friend, ended up taking a bite, saying that it was better to show off the cupcake! I also made Derek slowly eat one while I photographed him. I tried to drag out the process as long as possible, just to give him a hard time!
