Hi, I'm Neyssa

Happy Cyber Monday! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I thought before I continue showing previews from the mini sessions or my holiday sessions, I would share a little about my own Thanksgiving.
What am I thankful for? This year I was so thankful for my little girl. She was a huge surprise  to us, as we had thought it was a girl. I feel so blessed to have another baby in the home. I’m loving her little coos and big smiles. I am also thankful for my little boy. He is growing up so quickly in front of me. He loves his sister and tries to snuggle with her all the time. I am also thankful for my amazing husband, who has been by my side for everything with our kids. He goes to their doctors appointments, changes their diapers, gets up in the middle of the night. I couldn’t be more lucky. I am so thankful for our parents. They are wonderful grandparents and my kids are so fortunate to have them in their lives. There is nothing like watching Milo’s face light up when my mom comes to play. And finally, I am thankful for all of you, my readers & clients. Because of you, I can do what I love. I get to capture the joy and love of families besides my own. I am so grateful for that!

As you probably know, my family is Vegan! Which means that thanksgiving is a little different around my house. This year, Derek made the most delicious and beautiful fall harvest square. Just looking at the picture makes me wish we had more leftovers!

We also had the typical cranberries, yams, cornbread, and sparkling cider. But Derek also made a Pear Frangipane Tart. It may be my new favorite tart. It was so yummy!

And of course, Thanksgiving isn’t complete without pumpkin pie. Milo even helped me make this one. He mixed all the ingredients and everything!
My kids were so adorable all dressed up. See how much Milo loves his sister! And that’s my dad. He’s one proud grandpa.

And one of my family. I gush with joy when I see this picture!

I wish you all happy cyber shopping this week! Don’t forget it’s not too late to book a holiday session this year! There are still a few weekend spots left! Email me (neyssalee@gmail.com) for more information.
