This session of photos of a family of 5 from last fall was full of love and character.
We lucked out with BEAUTIFUL weather for a November day. Though it was cold, the kids were troopers. I love this sibling shot, although so simple, the smiles, the closeness and the backlighting make my heart melt!
There was also a little bit of color left on the trees still. I love how the trees pop and provide a nice background for these photos of a family of 5!While the images above are nice to have, it’s ones like this next image that make me truly love my job. I love capturing these real moments of love and joy a family has. All eyes on the youngest, except for sister who is giving the best expression. The youngest wasn’t sure he wanted to participate the entire time for the shoot (and who can blame him? He’s two with his own agenda)! He chose to sit on dad’s shoulders for their boy’s only shot. And I love it! Mom also listened and brought a few of their favorite friends. I love capturing kids with their lovies like this. It just adds that much more personality into their session!
P.S. Spring sessions are booking up already. If you’re looking for an April or May session date (remember I’m on maternity leave for the end of February and all of March), it’s time to start scheduling now. Dates are limited.
