This maternity session was no ordinary family maternity photo session. The light was amazing (even for it being a February!). The family was adorable (I love their neutral tones for their outdoor family maternity photos). But even more so, there was so much love I could not contain my excitement as I clicked my shutter. These kids are so excited to welcome a baby brother come April. For now, they are a family of 6, and I had a blast documenting them.
We had lots of big bear hugs, tickles, and squeezes, all snuggled around mama and baby.
I love when we get the kids’ true personalities to come out. With mom and dad out of the picture (or in the background) the boys found long pieces of grass to tickle each other with. Look at those smiles! 
This young lady is always one of my favorites to capture. She is stunning and reminds me of her mama when we were kids.
Someone lost a few teeth. I’m guessing he lost a battle with an apple!
I encouraged the family to have fun, run around together. I can see either of the next few photos hanging as a wall. 
Thank you for spending time with me, opening up and allowing me to truly capture your beautiful family. I cannot wait to meet your little guy in just a few months!
