This time of year it is especially challenging to be a Seattle family photographer. You never know what kind of weather you’re going to get. The weather for a recent shoot with Miss Freddy (a fellow photographer that captured my family back in September) caused a last minute reschedule for the next day. Fortunately, the sun came out and we were able to capture beautiful images of Miss Freddy, her husband, and her adorable baby boy. Oh, and let’s not forget their fur baby, and first born, Colby Jack!
Mr. C is turned 1 this month. It is such a fun age to capture them standing tall with mom and dad.
Typically, most young children are sure of what to think of the camera pointing at them. But a few spins with mom and we are all smiles!
Mr. C isn’t walking yet, but he will soon! I love how he’s so determined with each step he takes!Towards the end of our shoot, C found the rocks much more exciting than taking pictures. Little did he know, I was still shooting away! This is a favorite image of mine from the session. Even though he is independently playing, mom is close behind watching over him.
Miss Freddy, your family is beautiful. Thank you for allowing me to capture them. And tell C Happy Birthday! I can’t wait to see your cake smash photos!
P.S. The Holiday Mini Sessions for a Cause are this weekend! Sign up for those last remaining spots before it is too late!
