These days, legos invade my house. I pick them up (the kids help…sometimes) 25 times a day. Legos invade my house! As I was thinking about what adventure to blog about this week and realized, I needed to capture the legos! I honestly love legos. They are so sturdy and brightly colored and entertain the kids for hours at a time. Milo got two awesome sets for Christmas found here and here. I love that he can combine his love for building with them along with his love for anything with wheels.
We have this big bin just for Legos, but Milo prefers them dumped out all over the floor. I love it because Sawyer has really gotten into them too. They are a bit tough for her to do, but she loves building these towers. She builds several of them a day. (Do you follow me on Instagram? I posted a picture of her showing off her tower this past week)
Milo could build and rebuild cars/trucks/fire engines/tractors/etc all day long.
He was showing me his car as he was in the process of building it. I love his little fingers holding it too. He’s so cute, if I may say so! (This image is so much fun, how about this as our photo lesson this week?! Stay tuned for Thursday’s post!)
I was just about to set the camera down when I turned and saw this taking place. It was so precious and this is such a special moment I’m so glad I captured it. When they are teenagers and bickering about Sawyer dating Milo’s friends, I can pull this photo out and show them how they used to be so sweet and play together.
Thanks for joining me on this week’s everyday adventure. Make sure you’re taking the time to capture your own.

If you can get them to dump them out on a blanket, you can just pour them all back in the bucket when they’re done!
