Now that holiday cards have gone out, I’m excited to catch up on a few family’s from last fall! There were so many images I just loved from their session, but my favorite was of father and son skipping rocks together. You’ll just have to wait for that preview….
Mr. L was not too excited about taking photos. Let’s be honest, how many six year old boys are?! But once snuggled up to daddy, he loosened up and gave me such a beautiful, genuine smile.
The fall colors were so beautiful for this family’s session. And how sweet is Mr. L holding daddy’s hand?!
In many families, mom is the one taking most of the photos. I’m sure both mother and son appreciate a shot of the two of them together, especially one so precious.
It’s moments like this for why I love my job. I was just focusing on mom and dad since it had been a while since they had a shot of the two of them together. Well, their young man just couldn’t help join the shot.
As promised, my favorite shot of the day – father and son skipping rocks. The fog rolling in on the water, the red, fall colors, and father and son skipping rocks the same way! You can tell they are related, just look at how they are both standing.
Thank you for spending a beautiful (hey, it didn’t rain during the shoot) fall day with me at the park!
